As eSnips has changed it's default music player from windows media player to a flash player, old download tricks have stopped working.
Although the doc to nsdoc trick still works with downloaders like Flashget and Orbit (Grab++), it isn't working when the URL is changed in the address bar of the browser itself and by pressing Enter. Only a blank page will appear when done so.
To let users continue downloading from eSnips without taking the pains of modifying each URL, I have rewritten the code of the eSnips Downloader (Link Generator). Find the link in the sidebar. It allows you to download as before. You can click on the generated link, or if you like, save the file by right clicking the link and save target as...
But the bandwidth problem still persists. eSnips is not the same place as it used to be before. As for me, I have stopped uploading more to my music folders.
Meanwhile continue downloading files from accounts that have no bandwidth problems (those with less visitors).

I agree with you completely. The downloader's honeymoon at "esnips.com" I almost over. We have to search for the greener pastures now. I have found one. Cooltoad.com. Though not a very big colection of songs, but when you are frastated with esnips you can find some reprive here. Keep trying new things to work around the policing at esnips

for a long time I was searching Hariprasad Chaurasia's Vaishnav jan to. I got it in esnips in ur account . but unable to download or play any of file. same bandwidth and other prb.
is ther any other way to download these files

Nothing could be done to bypass the bandwidth problem, atleast till now. Maybe some software geek will come out with a solution.
As for now, keep trying to download the file at an appropriate time. I may just give you a hint. Try between 10 am - 12 pm IST.
I got the file " Hariprasad Chaurasia's Vaishnav jan to." in flashget but the progress is 0% showing its not downloading.
